Short-Term Support, Long-Term Impact

The City Tutors’ City Mentor program helps professionals and companies deliver immediate short term professional development assistance and career exploration support to communities historically underserved and especially vulnerable to the job market challenges brought on by the pandemic. Since our start in mid-March, we have facilitated 1,200 mentorships, for students from CCNY (CUNY), LaGuardia (CUNY) and program beneficiaries at Children’s Aid Society. We mentor largely 18-24 year olds who are first generation or immigrants and who are currently in college, or recently graduated .
